This Headless Flangeless Fitting is a high-performance solution designed to create a secure, high-pressure seal with rigid tubing in a compact format. The nut is manufactured from PEEK (Polyetheretherketone), while the internal ferrule is made of ETFE (Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene). This combination of materials leverages the mechanical strength of PEEK with the exceptional chemical inertness and low friction of ETFE, making it a reliable choice for demanding lab scenarios.

- Headless Design: The headless design allows the fitting to be installed in very tight spaces or in high-density manifolds where a traditional nut would be difficult to reach. It requires a dedicated installation tool to be tightened, and when correctly installed, the fitting sits flush or below the surface of the port.
