General

Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.

Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.

Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This set of 1/4-28 short flangeless nuts is designed for secure connections with 1/16" or 1/8" OD rigid tubing in microfluidic systems. Made from PEEK, these nuts offer excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength, with a compact head profile ideal for space-constrained setups. Sold in packs of 10, available for either 1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing.

A set of short-profile PEEK flangeless nuts to interface 1/16" or 1/8" OD rigid tubing with 1/4-28 UNF threaded ports in your microfluidic system. Flangeless fittings eliminate the need to flange tubing. This removable and reusable system provides several benefits, especially in compact assemblies where clearance is limited.
