The DEGASi® Plus series is a family of active in-line degassers designed for microfluidics and liquid chromatography.
Silent, compact and stand-alone, DEGASi® Plus degassers are compatible with aqueous and organic liquids. They eliminate dissolved gas in your solutions through a constant vacuum applied over a semi-permeable membrane to avoid bubble formation.
DEGASi® Plus series for low to ultra low flow rates includes DEGASi® Plus Classic (3 mL/min), DEGASi® Plus Micro (0.5 mL/min), DEGASi® Plus Nano (0.1 mL/min), DEGASi® Plus UltraNano (25 µL/min). Flow rates are given for a 50% degassing efficiency.
The flow path is fully biocompatible. Available with 1 up to 6 channels.
General
Prevent bubble formation during your experiments with the DEGASi® Plus series of in-line degassers. Used in microfluidics and liquid chromatography, these degassers remove dissolved gases using a constant vacuum applied over a gas-permeable membrane.
With 1 up to 6 simultaneous channels, the DEGASi® Plus degassers can effectively remove gases for multiple liquids at the same time.
When at least 50% of dissolved gases are removed, bubble formation is tackled, even in the most demanding applications.

Principle
When bubble traps only remove bubbles that are already formed, the DEGASi® Plus degassers remove dissolved gases by continuous inline degassing using a constant vacuum applied over a Systec™ AF membrane that is permeable to gases but not liquids.
