Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This droplet generator chip Fluidic 1755 with two independent droplet generation units of double cross geometry was specifically developed for the production of double emulsion droplets. Fluidic 1755 features Mini Luer interfaces and its use requires a microfluidic pump setup with the ability to control three individual flows. The two functional units on this chip feature different nozzle sizes of 20 and 40 µm respectively. For the production of w/o/w droplets, please use the partially hydrophilized option. The Droplet Generator with Double Cross - 20 µm and 40 µm nozzles Fluidic 1755 is designed for laboratory researchers working in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. It is ideal for producing double emulsions efficiently and with high reproducibility. The device supports two separate droplet forming units, which helps in maintaining throughput and experiment reliability.
