For a more convenient placement, the motor and the controller of this digital peristaltic pump drive are separated. A washdown option is available for biopharma and GMP applications. This drive accepts all pump heads and tubing options for accurate fluid dispensing.
0.02 to 100 rpm and 0.1 to 600 rpm versions available.
General
Masterflex L/S Digital Modular Drive with Controller
The digital modular peristaltic pump has separated motor and controller for space-limited applications. It is compatible with all Masterflex L/S pump heads and tubing (pump heads sold separately).
- Motor is separated from the controller with a 1.8 m (6 ft) cable
- Two motor speed options: 0.02 to 100 rpm, or 0.1 to 600 rpm
- Precision brushless motor accuracy (±0.1% speed control accuracy)
- 4-line graphical LCD shows motor speed
- Simple programming from the controller: direction, speed, start/stop, control mode (remote/internal)
- Reversible motor for fast purge or priming
- Remote analog control via 25-pin (DB25) female connection
- Stack up to four pump heads (see below for more details)
Materials
The washdown option allows sustainable use and cleaning of this drive in biopharma applications, housing is rated NEMA 4X (IP66).
