Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This basic platform in the format of a microscope slide (75.5 mm x 25.5 mm) is planar but features 2 x 16 Mini Luer interfaces. It is therefore the perfect starting point to fabricate your own microfluidic device, e.g. via hot embossing or direct polymer milling. It can also be manipulated using double-sided adhesive tape. The platform is sold in packs of 10 pcs. microfluidic ChipShop also offers direct polymer milling fabrication services using this platform. Just contact us.
This platform serves as a flexible base for prototyping and producing custom microfluidic chips in research and development environments. The double row of Mini Luer interfaces enables fluidic routing for multiple samples or reagents at once. Suitability with four material types—Topas, PC, Zeonor, and PMMA—lets researchers match device properties to project demands, whether transparency, chemical resistance, or mechanical specifics are critical.
Direct polymer milling compatibility and ease of manual processing (e.g., with tape) make this platform versatile for rapid prototyping. It is an essential consumable for microfluidics, offering consistent geometry and interface quality for experiment repeatability.
