Try out Bartels micropumps smoothly with this evaluation set, including their BP7 pumps, one pump driver, and the mp-Multiboard2 controller, an integrated Arduino board enabling an easy operation from the provided software.
BP7 Tubing micropumps are miniaturized double diaphragm pumps. Each micropump operates through two piezo actuators. Thanks to its space- and energy-efficient design, these pumps remain cost-effective even at high production volumes. The choice of materials makes the micropumps highly versatile, while adjustable flow rates ensure they can serve a wide range of applications. Based on your specific needs, you can select one of the following drivers to be included in the kit:
- the Lowdriver to assess performances in the low flow rate range,
- the Driver for medium flow rates,
- the Highdriver for the highest flow rate range.
The software allows you to adjust the frequency and the voltage, and a timer mode for basic sequenced operation.
To complete the kit, the controller, the driver, and the pumps come with 1.3 mm ID LMT-55 Tygon tubing and hose clamps to ensure a perfectly tight system.
