This organ-on-a-chip offers several straight channels with circular or semicircular channel sections. Made of PDMS and glass, the chip can feature 4 or 6 channels to perform parallel experiments of cell culture under flow.
General
With 4 or 6 parallel straight channels, this chip offers the possibility of performing several experiments simultaneously. This system can easily be connected to a flow control instrument for cell culture experiments. In addition, this chip offers semicircular or fully circular channels for more physiological modeling of structures like blood vessels. The chip is made of PDMS and glass. It is autoclavable, biocompatible, permeable to gases like oxygen, and shows high optical quality.
These chips are sold in sets of 3 and exist in different dimensions with a channel diameter of 200 µm, 500 µm, or 1000 µm for both semicircular and circular channel types.
