Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.

Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.

Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The NanoCalibur™ Lab is a cutting-edge nanoparticle synthesis system designed for researchers and innovators working at the discovery and preclinical stages. Compact yet powerful, it offers precise control over nanoparticle formulation with advanced microfluidic technology, allowing users to produce highly uniform nanoparticles with exceptional efficiency. Featuring a user-friendly touchscreen interface and closed-loop feedback control, it simplifies lab-scale synthesis while maintaining the integrity of sensitive biomolecules.

Uniform Mixing and High Encapsulation Efficiency:

Precisely engineered for uniform synthesis of nanoparticle (LNP, Liposome, Lipid-polymer or Lipid-protein)
Uniform mixing with PDI ≤ 0.1 (LNP) and PDI ≤ 0.2 (Liposome)
Encapsulation efficiency (EE) > 90%, up to 98%
Closed-loop feedback control for precise flow regulation and robust manufacturing
Operates under consistent shear rates and maintains stability of biomolecules

Scalable Microfluidic Parallelization:

Parallelized cartridge systems enable production from 2.5 to 20 mL/min (0.15 to 1 L/h)
Rotary multi-tube holder allows the simultaneous testing of multiple synthesis conditions in a single run
GMP-level instruments for nanoparticle production (up to 6 L/h) are now commercially available and suitable for use in preclinical toxicology and efficacy studies, as well as early-phase clinical trials

User-friendly:

Touchscreen display for easy condition setting and monitoring.
Cost-effective solution with stainless steel synthesis cartridges, reusable through auto-cleaning process in the system and waste volume discharge
