Polymer wafers provide a low-cost, transparent, and biocompatible substrate for lab-on-a-chip applications. They are generally used with various microfabrication methods, such as hot embossing or micromilling.
These wafers have a diameter of 115 mm and thicknesses varying from 1.0 to 4.0 mm depending on the material. Available in Topas, PC, PMMA, Zeonex, or Zeonor.

General
These Fluidic 300 polymer wafers are designed for microfabrication and prototyping in microfluidics. Available in a wafer format with a diameter of 115 mm and thicknesses of 1.0 to 4.0 mm, they provide an ideal platform for hot embossing, surface chemistry experiments, and microfabrication processes.
Each wafer is produced with a high surface quality to ensure reliable results and is packaged individually for protection.
