Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The rhombic chamber chip Fluidic 845 features onel reaction chambers with a particularly large volume of 500 µl. The chamber can be addressed by two inlets and two outlets in Mini Luer format. Unused interfaces can simply be closed with a male Mini Luer plug. The chamber features the following dimensions: * Chamber depth: 700 µm * Chamber width: 16.75 mm * Chamber volume: 500 µl
The Rhombic Chamber Chip - 500 µl chamber volume Fluidic 845 addresses the need for larger reaction chambers in microfluidics. With a fixed volume of 500 µl, it is well-suited for experiments that require greater sample amounts, mixing, or longer incubation.
Each chip has two inlets and two outlets in Mini Luer format. You can easily close unused connections with plugs, enhancing safety and minimizing contamination. Different material choices and the option for hydrophilized or untreated interior surfaces further allow researchers to tailor the chip to their specific applications and samples.
Dimensions are precisely controlled, ensuring reproducibility between experiments and compatibility with standard laboratory fluidic handling equipment. The transparent chip body helps with visual inspection and documentation of processes.
