The AMF RVM mini distribution rotary valve is an ultra-compact, zero dead-volume OEM valve that channels fluid to any of up to 12 ports for precise microfluidic routing.
Available in various configurations: distribution with 8, 10, or 12 ports, wetted materials PCTFE/PTFE, or PCTFE/UHMW-PE, and channel sizes from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
Includes only the RVM mini valve assembly (P202-O drive + distribution valve head). USB-C cable and power supply must be added separately. Dedicated fittings are also available.
General
The RVM mini distribution valve builds on AMF's proven RVM fluidic platform, designed with one goal in mind: fitting precise channel selection into the tightest possible spaces. Its compact rotor-stator design gives you repeatable channel selection with no dead volume and very little carryover, even at this small scale. A new-generation electric motor and your choice of USB-C, RS232, RS485, TTL, analog I/O, or I2C make it easy to integrate into industrial or portable devices. And if you need something specific, custom port counts, wetted materials, and fluidic layouts are available on request.

- Broad chemical compatibility: PCTFE and PTFE wetted materials, with PEEK or UHMW-PE options if you need them, let you work confidently across a wide range of reagents and samples.
