Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The sorting and flow focusing chip Fluidic 1102 with Mini Luer interfaces features two flow focusing units, each with an individual channel design of three inlet and 5 outlet channels. Channels/interfaces not in use can simply be closed with Mini Luer plugs. The chip can be used to generate e.g. PLGA nanoparticles or LNPs. The chip is nearly identical to Fluidic 283 - only the outlet channel regions slightly vary.
This chip is optimized for microfluidic researchers requiring controlled particle synthesis or sorting. You can close unused channels using Mini Luer plugs, simplifying maintenance and system configuration. The transparent Zeonor or PMMA material options provide visual feedback during operation.
Two separate flow focusing units in one chip add experiment flexibility. The interfaces are compatible with common lab equipment. Whether generating PLGA nanoparticles or lipid nanoparticles, this chip is a reliable component in many microfluidic setups.
With nearly identical features to Fluidic 283—save for the outlet channel regions—the design supports repeatability and scalability in experimental protocols.
