Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The straight channel chip Fluidic 558 is ideal for many microfluidic experiments where a simple flow cell is required. With 16 identical channels several experiments can be performed with one individual chip. Each channel features the following dimensions: * Channel depth: 700 µm * Channel width: 1.25 mm * Channel length: 18 mm * Channel volume: 10 µl
This microfluidic chip is straightforward and versatile, supporting basic flow cell tasks in a lab. The 16 parallel channels allow testing or processing multiple samples at once. The range of material and surface treatment options makes it adaptable to various solutions and chemicals.
Standard mini Luer interfaces make it easy to connect this chip into established lab workflows. The chip is transparent, allowing visual monitoring of flows and reactions.
