Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The blister test chips are intended to evaluate liquid storage in blister pouches on chip. All blister test chips feature the microfluidic ChipShop blister seat with piercing needles for uniform blister emptying. Fluidic 289 comes with the following blister configuration: * Blister position 1: 50 µl, cyan, ddWater * Blister position 2: 100 µl, Magenta, ddWater
This product is designed for fluid handling applications in microfluidic experiments. It is best for evaluating on-chip liquid storage and delivery from prefilled blisters. The distinctive feature is having both 50 µl and 100 µl blisters on a single chip, each filled and color-coded for easy identification. Researchers can quickly set up comparative tests or sequential fluid dosing, improving throughput and experimental design. Fluidic 289 comes with everything pre-mounted, including the special piercing seat for blisters and channel setup for flexible routing. Options for hydrophilized or untreated surfaces allow adaptation to different fluid requirements and experimental protocols.
This chip is intended for experimental analysis and validation of microfluidic liquid storage performance. It is suitable for use in laboratories focusing on assay development, device prototyping, or precise dosing delivery tasks.
