Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This chamber chip with pipetting interface comprises a total of 16 chambers, each with varying channel depths from 150 µm - 500 μm. In pairs, two chambers share identical dimensions and chamber volumes. What sets this chamber chip apart is the presence of a pipetting interface at the inlet of each chamber. This interface enables direct filling of the chamber using a pipette. This significantly streamlines the handling process, allowing for easy and precise pipetting of samples or liquids into the chambers, manually or via a pipetting robot, without requiring additional steps or equipment. Additionally, the outlets of the individual chambers are equipped with Mini Luer interfaces, making them compatible with all of microfluidic ChipShop‘s acessories with Male Mini Luer interface, such as tanks, plugs or caps.
This chamber chip offers a straightforward solution for anyone who needs to fill multiple fluidic chambers at once. The direct pipetting interface on every chamber reduces training requirements and risk of error, whether samples are handled manually or by robotics. Because each pair of chambers is built identically, it's easy to compare results or run controls alongside experiments.The device is ready for laboratory automation, but is just as practical for manual single studies. Designed for compatibility, each outlet uses a standard Mini Luer interface. The availability of hydrophilized and non-treated surfaces gives researchers flexibility depending on their sample type or adsorption concerns. This product enables researchers to run parallel assays more quickly, reproducibly, and with less setup overhead.
