Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This reaction chamber chip with an arrangement of 16 chambers having the same dimensions besides the cavity depth and therefore different volumes allow for the direct comparison of the chamber depth influence on the assay readout. This chip assists in the choice of the right chamber dimensions in the design process of integrated microfluidic devices. The chambers of Fluidic 1099 are particularly shallow and vary from 50 µm to 150 µl chamber height.
The Reaction Chamber Chip - Fluidic 1099 brings a structured approach to chamber dimension selection in microfluidic device prototyping. Each chip hosts 16 identical chambers with varying depths, making it simple to observe depth-driven performance changes. Researchers and engineers can quickly identify the right chamber design for their application.
This chip comes in both polycarbonate (PS) and Topas(PCR) materials, and can be ordered with untreated or hydrophilized surfaces. That makes it suitable for a wide variety of lab settings. The transparent construction aids in direct visual inspection and monitoring during assays.
