Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The LSPone+ HD High-Precision Syringe Pump is optimized for delivering ultra-smooth, pulseless flow in microfluidic applications, now with the added advantage of supporting larger syringe volumes. Its enhanced microstepping capability enables precise dosing from the nanoliter range up to 50 mL/min, making it well suited for continuous perfusion, reagent delivery, or long-running biological experiments.
Equipped with an integrated zero-dead-volume rotary valve, the LSPone+ HD enables easy switching between multiple fluids with minimal carryover. Its intuitive interface and compact size allow for seamless integration into laboratory systems, offering high-end performance without the complexity of traditional pump assemblies.
| Syringe volume | Min. flow rate | Max. flow rate | Min. dosing volume |
| 2.5 mL | 0.359 µL/min | 25 mL/min | 5 µL |
| 5 mL | 0.717 µL/min | 50 mL/min | 10 µL |
Unlike traditional syringe and peristaltic pumps that often produce pulsatile or unstable flow at ultra-low rates, the LSPone HD achieves unprecedented stability thanks to its enhanced resolution.
With the LSPone HD, there's no need for flow dampers, pressure sensors, or closed-loop control. You get:
✅ Pulseless, stable flow across the entire range
✅ Direct volumetric control without pressure drift
✅ Reliable performance for sensitive applications like organ‑on‑chip, single-cell experiments, and gradient generation
Result: A cleaner baseline, better reproducibility, and greater control over your experimental conditions, especially at the nanoliter scale.

The LSPone is ideal for automated sequential injections in multi-step chemical workflows. Its programmable functionality enables precise control over both timing and volume, making it well-suited for executing complex protocols with high reproducibility. Typical applications include surface functionalization, coating processes, and advanced techniques in spatial biology.
For applications demanding precise volumetric control, the LSPone ensures highly accurate liquid injections. This capability is especially valuable during sample preparation, where delivering exact reagent volumes is essential for consistency and performance. Common use cases include droplet microfluidics and microparticle synthesis (LNPs, EVs).
The programmable control of the LSPone enables the automated preparation of complex mixtures and precise dilutions of samples or reagents. This streamlines workflows, enhances reproducibility, and significantly reduces the need for manual handling. Typical applications include gradient generation, buffer exchange, and sample preparation.
