Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The LSPone+ combines a high-precision syringe pump with a zero-dead-volume rotary valve in a compact and cost-effective system. It supports a wide flow rate range, from sub-microliter per minute to 150 mL/min, depending on syringe size. This makes it a robust solution for continuous flow applications, high-volume reagent dosing, and extended-duration perfusion experiments.
With its integrated multi-port valve, users can easily switch between liquids, automate sequences, and reduce cross-contamination risks. The included LSPoneQuick software allows precise control through an intuitive graphical interface or programmable scripts (Python, LabVIEW).
The pump is available in multiple port configurations to suit a variety of applications. The 10-port version with 1.0 mm channel diameter is ideal for higher flow rate needs, while models with the standard 0.5 mm channels better match typical microfluidic device dimensions.

For smaller syringe volumes (50 µL to 1 mL), use the LSPone or LSPone HD versions, which are specifically designed for this range.

The LSPone is ideal for automated sequential injections in multi-step chemical workflows. Its programmable functionality enables precise control over both timing and volume, making it well-suited for executing complex protocols with high reproducibility. Typical applications include surface functionalization, coating processes, and advanced techniques in spatial biology.
For applications demanding precise volumetric control, the LSPone ensures highly accurate liquid injections. This capability is especially valuable during sample preparation, where delivering exact reagent volumes is essential for consistency and performance. Common use cases include droplet microfluidics and microparticle synthesis (LNPs, EVs).
The programmable control of the LSPone enables the automated preparation of complex mixtures and precise dilutions of samples or reagents. This streamlines workflows, enhances reproducibility, and significantly reduces the need for manual handling. Typical applications include gradient generation, buffer exchange, and sample preparation.
