Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The meander chip for flow PCR with 40 cycles and a pre-denaturation and post-elongation step features two olive interfaces allowing for a direct connection with tubing. The chip comes in microscope slide format (75.5 mm x 25.5 mm) and can be used with our ChipGenie® edition TS-3Z and ChipGenie® edition TSO-3Z instruments. PCRs with two and three temperature steps can be run on it. It has a length of 1634.52 mm and a volume of 253.94 µl (interfaces excluded). For continuous flow PCR the temperature zones are kept at a fixed temperature and the temperature cycling is achieved by moving the liquid in the chip over two or three temperature zones of the instrument resulting in ultrafast temperature cycles.
This microfluidic PCR chip provides an advanced yet straightforward way to carry out ultrafast thermal cycling of samples. Its innovative channel layout allows up to 40 PCR cycles with optional pre-denaturation and post-elongation features. The direct olive interface connections remove the need for extra accessories and support secure liquid flow.You can run either two-step or three-step temperature protocols on this chip, making it optimal for modern PCR workflows in research and diagnostics labs. Designed to match standard microscope slide dimensions, it offers compatibility with many laboratory instruments and system setups.
