Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

Fluidic 501, a continuous-flow PCR chip combines sample preparation, namely the extraction of DNA, and later amplification of the DNA through continuous-flow-PCR. Reagents can be freely supplied through the various Mini Luer interfaces. Please note, this chip will not fit the ChipGenie® edition TSO-3Z but will need a custom device to run the assay.
Fluidic 501 uses an innovative layout to unite sample preparation and PCR processing within one micro device. With its multiple Mini Luer ports, laboratories can flexibly supply reagents according to their workflow, ensuring precise volume control and seamless transitions between preparation and amplification steps. The chip construction is transparent, regardless of the chosen material (PC, Zeonor, or Topas), enhancing usability and observability during operation.Different material variants broaden chemical compatibility and support a wide spectrum of applications. This chip is not compatible with standard ChipGenie® edition TSO-3Z instruments and requires a custom flow PCR device for operation. Researchers and developers who work on molecular biology, diagnostics, or genetic analysis will benefit from this chip’s high integration and straightforward interface design.
This chip is designed for demanding workflows in molecular diagnostics and research, where continuous processing and rapid DNA amplification are needed.
