The Continuous-flow PCR chip is a specialized microfluidic device for combining sample preparation, especially DNA extraction, with DNA amplification in a continuous flow-PCR format. Fluidic 501, a continuous-flow PCR chip combines sample preparation, namely the extraction of DNA, and later amplification of the DNA through continuous-flow-PCR. Reagents can be freely supplied through the various Mini Luer interfaces. Please note, this chip will not fit the ChipGenie® edition TSO-3Z but will need a custom device to run the assay.
