General

Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.

Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.

Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This set of 1/4-28 flangeless nuts is designed for secure connections with 1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing in microfluidic systems. Made from polypropylene (PP), these nuts offer good chemical resistance and are ideal for low-pressure applications. Sold in packs of 10, available for either 1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing.

A set of polypropylene (PP) flangeless nuts to connect 1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing to 1/4-28 UNF threaded ports in your microfluidic system. Flangeless fittings eliminate the need to flange tubing, offering a removable and reusable solution with several key advantages.
