The Advanced Microfluidics LSPone is a versatile, all-in-one laboratory syringe pump designed for precise, programmable dosing in microfluidic research. With integrated rotary valve technology and exceptionally smooth, nearly pulseless flow, it supports a wide range of complex liquid handling operations.
Includes the LSPone pump unit, power supply, USB cable, LSPoneQuick software, glass syringe of your choice (from 50 µL to 1 mL), and syringe change tool. Fittings must be ordered separately.
General
The LSPone combines a high-precision syringe pump with a zero-dead-volume rotary valve in a compact and cost-effective system. It supports flow rates from 0.5 µL/min to 30 mL/min depending on syringe size and is ideal for applications including sampling, reagent dosing, dilution, or long-term perfusion.
With its integrated valve, users can automate complex liquid handling sequences, reduce contamination risk, and minimize carryover volume. The included LSPoneQuick software makes the system easy to control through an intuitive graphical interface or programmable scripting.
The pump is available in multiple port configurations to suit a variety of applications. The 10-port version with 1.0 mm channel diameter is ideal for higher flow rate needs, while models with the standard 0.5 mm channels better match typical microfluidic device dimensions.

For larger syringe volumes (2.5 mL or 5 mL), use the LSPone+ or LSPone+ HD versions, which are specifically designed for this range.

Dilution
